All orders shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise stated by the customer. Shipping costs are based upon Carriers charges, insurance and handling fees. COD charges are extra. TOP GEAR LLC will ship your order within 48hrs provided all ordered items are in stock. If we are unable to ship the order, we will notify you immediately. TOP GEAR LLC will attempt to notify all customers on any backorder delays. TOP GEAR LLC is not responsible for delayed or damaged orders after they have left the warehouse. All goods shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Return Policy: 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY No returns or adjustment will be available after 10th day of invoice date. All claims for packaging error or damaged goods must be made within 48 hrs of receipt of merchandise. Returns are accepted with prior telephone authorization only. You must call for return authorization. Credit for returned goods cannot be given until goods are received in our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return for credit or refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted on merchandise not in original condition. Merchandise returned because of refused order or customer error will be subject to 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
